Appalling.
I manage a restaurant and the quality of the food, the scamming (admitted from the manager) and tone in which the manager dealt with the complaint was a shock!
After a while of literally arguing with the manager, I explained that I usually order from other take away companies. Then the manager started to name other companies while saying they serve cheap food etc. This is totally unprofessional and I communicated this. I ordered a 'panini' it came and it was a baguette. The chips were stone cold. 3 cans of coke was ordered and we received 2. I ordered battered mushrooms and plain soggy mushrooms were delivered. Wraps were soggy as well as a burger that was ordered. Lettuce was so bad it had turned orange/brown. Terrible. Really wouldn't recommend this company if you want professional service that is on time, of a good quality and at the correct price.
